To say that we are getting a little excited about the royal nuptials taking place April 29 is an understatement. Though our hearts may be with the throngs watching the procession to Westminster Abbey, our butts will firmly be planted on our couches, sipping English Breakfast tea while our laps are warmed by busy laptops.
And we’d love for you to join us! iVillage is hosting a live chat during the royal wedding, starting at 6 a.m. EST April 29. You’ll be able to watch the happenings live and connect with other royal watchers all in one place. I, iVillage’s content chief executive, will be online, along with our amazing Senior Correspondent Kelly Wallace and a few special VIP guests.
For starters, we’ll be chatting with Pregnant in Heels star Rosie Pope. She’s a British expat, fashionista and a hopeless romantic. And, just so we have a dose of our own royalty, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps from The Real Housewives of New York City also will be on hand to offer her insight on the pageantry and spectacle. Also on board will be experts in weddings, fashion -- even astrology! Astrology.com's own astrogossip blogger Kiki T. will join us to share what's in the stars for the prince and princess-to-be.
Here’s a schedule of the morning’s events. Dust off that tiara, grab those crumpets and get ready! (All times are approximate and in EST.)
