Amanda Seyfried joined a friend for a shopping excursion in LA yesterday, but the actress took a break to get philanthropic for a moment by holding a Japanese flag sign that said "Please Help" -�if you'd like to donate to the cause, check out SavvySugar's guide on smart ways to do so. It was a girls-only day following Amanda's Wednesday afternoon spent on a couple's run with her man Ryan Phillippe. He's got a lot on his plate at the moment with his The Lincoln Lawyer hitting theaters today, but all his hard work making the interview rounds has apparently paid off as BuzzSugar loved the movie. Ryan spoke to us at the film's junket about how his kids, Ava and Deacon, met his costar Matthew McConaughey through his ex, Reese Witherspoon's, fianc� Jim Toth. Ryan may have another baby on the way since his former girlfriend, Alexis Knapp, says he's the father of her child, and she's apparently excited and ready to welcome the bundle of joy and doesn't plan on asking him for much help.
